YOUR ORDER WILL USUALLY SHIP FROM US NO LATER THAN 10–12 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS PLACED ON OUR WEBSITE ( PLEASE ALLOW PROCESSING OF 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS ) — EXCEPT ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, AND HOLIDAYS.

NO CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS ARE ALLOWED ON YOUR ORDER ONCE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT OUT.

If your order does not ship within the stated time frame, a member of our customer service team will notify you via email explaining the delay.

Effective Date: February 25, 2025

ALL SEAMOSS JELLYS AND BATANA OIL NOW COME PACKAGED WITH ICE PACKS AND ONLY SHIP MONDAY – THURSDAY to prevent molding and spoilage as a quality control measure.

As a result of this change, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND — at least until further notice — that our valued customers ORDER SEAMOSS JELLY SEPARATELY from any Feminine Cleanser or soaps they may order. We want to ensure your soaps do not get wet due to ice packs melting in transit.


⚖️ LIABILITY & DELIVERY NOTICE  

NOTE: SEBI'S DAUGHTERS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING AND SHIPPING YOUR ORDER. We can provide the date the package was shipped along with a shipping receipt. OUR LIABILITY ENDS ONCE THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN SHIPPED.

UPON DELIVERY, YOU HAVE A 72-HOUR WINDOW TO NOTIFY US OF ANY PRODUCT ERRORS. Please contact us immediately at FirstStep@SebisDaughters.com if there is an issue with your order upon receipt.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, OR CREDITS GIVEN ON SHIPPED PRODUCTS DUE TO THE PRODUCTS BEING CLASSIFIED AND CONSIDERED AS FOOD.

In the event that a package is returned to Sebi's Daughters due to any of the following reasons:

  • ❌ Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • ❌ Missed delivery

  • ❌ Refusal of the package


CUSTOMERS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RESHIPPING AND HANDLING.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

  • RESHIPPING FEES VARY AND ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE PERIODICALLY due to carrier pricing adjustments.

  • A member of our customer service team will guide you to the correct reshipping option based on your original order and delivery method.
