Yes, please DO NOT discontinue your prescribed medication. Sudden discontinuation of prescribed medication can cause the body to go into shock.

Spring water and alkaline water are preferred types of water and while amounts can vary from person to person it is usually recommended that 12 glasses to 1/2 gallon of water a day is consumed to participate in and manage a natural cleansing process. Purchase your Sebi's Daughters spring water here.

While you should always consult a healthcare provider before starting a fast, and ensure that your fast meets your specific needs the average fast starts out with having fruits and vegetables that have seeds and drinking a half gallon to a gallon of water a day if possible.

Please read refrigeration and or storage instructions on the product label. Most capsules require storage in a cool, dry place. Our Seamoss Jellys require refrigeration upon arrival.
