SHIPPING POLICIES
Your order will usually ship from us no later than 10-12 business days after the time your order is placed on our website ( please allow processing of 5-7 business days ) — except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. No cancellations or modifications are allowed on your order once a confirmation email has been sent out. If your order does not ship within the time frame, customer service will notify you via email explaining the delay.
NOTE: Sebi’s Daughters is responsible for packaging and shipping your order. We can show the date the package was shipped and a receipt. Our liability ends when the product is shipped.
Upon delivery you have a 72hr window to notify us of any product errors.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, CREDIT GIVEN ON SHIPPED PRODUCTS DUE TO THE PRODUCTS BEING CONSIDERED FOOD.
